Read Montague discussed neuromarketing on Virginia Conversations
Read Montague, Ph.D.
Read Montague, director of the Computational Psychiatry Unit at the Virginia Tech Carilion Research Institute, appeared on Virginia Conversations, a program on Virginia Public Radio, on April 19, 2013.
Montague spoke about neuromarketing—particularly decision-making, social cognition, and how the human brain responds to advertising. Likening the power of thought to a “behavioral superpower,” he noted “the capacity to make cognitive choices [now] becomes something that’s incredibly powerful and flexible.”
Montague was joined by Thomas Becher, senior vice president at Neathawk Dubuque & Packett. Click here to listen to the interview.
