Laboratory of Cell Biology
National Cancer Institute
National Institutes of Health
2 Riverside Circle, Roanoke, VA 24016
Recent advances in technologies for imaging cells, viruses in molecules in 3D have opened up new vistas for visualizing and exploring biology. Dr. Subramaniam will review examples from recent work in his laboratory. He will also highlight how 3D imaging provides unexpected insights into diverse problems in modern biomedical research, ranging from infectious disease and cancer to neuroscience.
