Dr. Yung will discuss the current knowledge of the genetic landscape and the molecular classification of malignant gliomas, and will describe how this information is applied in the clinic affecting diagnosis, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy. Dr. Yung will also discuss the molecular mechanisms of cancer resistance and molecular marker-directed drug development.
